About Warta Poznan Academy
For more than 100 years of Warta Poznan’s history, working with youth and introducing alumni to the first team have been among the club’s staples. At the Academy of Warta Poznan, we do not forget this tradition. At the same time, we care about the highest standards and quality of training. Warta Poznan’s footballers have won the Polish championship twice. In the teams of 1929 and 1947 there was no shortage of players whose road to the first eleven led through the junior teams of the “Greens.” Good work with youth was and is a source of pride for our club.

We strive to ensure that the quality of training stands at the highest possible level. To this end, we are building our staff based on qualified Coaches, who are able to impart knowledge to soccer adepts in an understandable way.

Academy projects
Warta Talent
This is an initiative dedicated to the most talented players of the Warta Poznan Academy. It is aimed at helping them make a smooth transition from junior to senior football, and ultimately introducing as many alumni as possible to the first team.
Warta Little Talent
The program is aimed at the Academy’s most talented young players, who, in addition to participating in standard training units, also take part in additional activities to improve their soccer skills.
Goalkeeper School
Warta Poznan’s proprietary program that can be used by players in the goalkeeper position. Classes are divided into two segments: individual training and game analysis.
Partner Clubs
The Warta Poznań Academy offers other clubs a wide range of cooperation opportunities. Depending on the agreed degree of commitment, it is possible not only to cooperate on the sporting level, but also on the organizational level.
Affiliate Program
Club Partnership Programs are initiatives undertaken as part of the Warciaki Przedszkolaki project, as well as in patron schools. Professional soccer classes tailored to the age of the participants are held at selected locations, and outstanding children are invited to trainings of the Warta Poznań Academy.
